Come experience the flavors of South Africa at this collaborative lunch, as visiting chef Hugo Uys works to recreate the traditional tastes of his homeland, with wines from South Africa, as well.

First Course: Tomato Tart, Roasted Tomato, Pesto, Basil with a Frisee Salad
Paired with: Quoin Rock 2011 Sauvignon Blanc 

Second Course: Lamb Bobotie Lamb, Apricot, Raisins, Apple, Curry with Saffron Rice and Homemade Chutney
Paired with: Quoin Rock 2011 Nicobar Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 

Third Course: Tipsy Tart Dates, Brandy, Pecan Nuts with Vanilla Gelato
Paired with: Quoin Rock 2011 Chardonnay
